“When we came here, there was not a single drop of drinking water”
Fr. Richard Rai embarked on an inspiring mission to provide clean drinking water to the remote villagers of Chyangli in Gorkha, Nepal. Aware of the community’s daily hardships and the risks posed by unsafe water sources, he worked tirelessly to make access to safe water a reality. His efforts not only eased the burden of collecting water from distant and unreliable locations but also greatly enhanced the health and quality of life of the villagers.
